Zayna Bishop

Zayna is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey. Zayna received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice and a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, both from Southern Arkansas University. Zayna specializes in trauma-focused counseling and has specialty training to provide EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and Flash Technique. 

Zayna is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can flourish. With a warm and compassionate approach, she helps individuals navigate life’s challenges, strengthen emotional resilience, and build confidence in themselves. She believes in the power of genuine connection, personalized care, and evidence-based strategies to support lasting change and well-being.
